FreelanceBook offers both monthly and yearly Pro subscription plans. You have full control over your subscription and can cancel it at any time from your dashboard. This page explains how cancellation works, what happens to your data, and when you may be eligible for a refund upon cancellation.
You can cancel your Pro subscription directly from your FreelanceBook dashboard by following these steps:
Alternatively, you can email us at support@freelancebook.in from your registered email address with the subject line "Cancel Subscription" and we will process your cancellation within 24 hours.
Refund eligibility depends on when you cancel relative to your purchase or renewal date:
To request a refund, email support@freelancebook.in with your registered email address and transaction ID. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
When you cancel your Pro subscription, the following happens:
If you purchased a yearly Pro subscription and decide to cancel, the same 7-day refund window applies for first-time purchases. If you cancel after 7 days, your Pro access will continue until the end of the 12-month period you paid for. We do not offer prorated refunds for yearly cancellations beyond the initial 7-day window, except as required by applicable law.
FreelanceBook does not charge any cancellation fees. You can cancel your subscription at any time without penalty. The only factor that determines refund eligibility is the timing of your cancellation relative to the purchase or renewal date, as outlined in Section 3 above.
